The Button Editor Window The Button Editor Window serves two purposes:
Resize Handles The resize handles indicate which button is currently selected.   You can click on a button to select it, and display its properties in the Button Properties tab. If the buttons are arranged in a row or column the resize handles are grayed-out, because buttons are arranged automatically in these modes. If you are specifying the position and size of each button, the resize handles are displayed white and you can use them to stretch and scale each button.   You can also move each button by clicking and dragging the center of the button. Arrow Keys The arrow keys can be used to fine tune the position of a button.   First click on a button to select it, then use the arrow keys to adjust its position.   Resizing the Applet Area If you are specifying the position and size of each button, you can resize the applet area simply by resizing the Button Editor Window. If the buttons are arranged in a row or column the Button Editor Window cannot be resized because the applet size is calculated automatically in these modes. |
